Martha Loewe studierte Mathematik an der University of Edinburgh und Computerlinguistik und Linguistik an den Universitäten Stuttgart und Konstanz. Von 2018 bis 2022 war sie an der University of Wisconsin-Madison im Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics tätig. Sie ist am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftspolitik seit August 2022 als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin beschäftigt.
