Martha Loewe studied mathematics at the University of Edinburgh and computational linguistics and linguistics at the universities of Stuttgart and Konstanz. She worked at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics from 2018 to 2022. She joined the economic policy group in August 2022.
